The problem, I want snowfall on my site, but nothing happing

I want to use this “2. 3D snow effect” from this site: 5 Modern Snow Effects for Your Website 2016

But were to put the “HTML” “SCSS” “JS”,???

I want on all the snow on all page…

If you want a simple solution to integrate, I would suggest the Snowstorm script.

You can add the following one line script to the Code Injection Blog Header admin section and you are done.
