I just installed the self-hosting version of Ghost on Ubuntu 18.04 and have a version of
Ghost-CLI version: 1.23.1
Ghost version: 5.22.1
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.40,
Every installation process has gone well but having a problem on saving posts. The attached file is a screenshot of the error codes.

An issue with using old MySQL v5.7?
I’m pretty sure you should be using MySQL v8 - maybe update to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, as 18.04 will end support April next year.
@jeff is right. MySQL 5 worked ok with Ghost 5.22, but it hasn’t been officially supported since 5.0, and 5.21.0 broke something.
You’ll either need to upgrade MySQL to 8.0+ or install Ghost no higher than 5.20.0. Since the Ghost team rolls out new features regularly, it’s worth solving the MySQL problem.
