STRIPE link and QR code

Hi guys, sorry to bother it is me again. My website is nearly ready to launch but I believe I have my last question before I go for it.

In my Stripe account (so outside ghost), I’ve made 2 payment links and QR code that refer to my 2 tier in ghost

If I use that link on a page in my website, and someone use it to pay a monthly or yearly subscription, would these be recognised as new member by ghost even if didn’t come through Portal page?

Does it make sense?
