Hello,

Someone who subscribed to my newsletter at $50/year unintentionally let the card they used for payments lapse without switching to a new card. So her paid tier subscription was canceled. She wants to start paying again The annual subscription is now $80, but I’d like to let her keep her subscription at $50. How do I go about doing that?

You could create a discount offer that gives her $30 off the annual subscription and send her the discount code. She could then use the code when resubscribing, allowing her to continue paying $50/year instead of the current $80/year rate.
