Tier prices ending in tens of cents truncated

Issue Summary

  • When I set a monthly or annual price ending in a multiple of 10 cents (eg. 9.90), display of the price is truncated to “9.9” in the input, in “Tier preview”, and on my live site.
  • Prices with cents not a multiple of 10 are correctly displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Edit Tier
  2. Choose a monthly or annual price ending in a multiple of 10 cents, eg. 99.50
  3. Observe the truncation
