Too many login attempts after one try

I can’t log into my local CLI Ghost Dashboard. I have verified my password in the sqlite database, and that my user status is ‘active’. However, when I try to log in I get ‘wrong email/password’, and after one attempt I get ‘Too many login attempts’.

Running Ghost-CLI version 1.11.0.
Chrome and Firefox browsers on MacOS.
