Tracking Sign Ups with Google Analytics

I’m using Ghost Pro and I have set up the tag for Google Analytics using code injection. Now I would like to track sign ups, paid member sign ups, etc… in Google Analytics.

Does anyone here have experience or documentation with that?

The issue is that the page does not go to a different url on sign up. How do I create the event for this?

My theme has a form_start event in case it helps

You can make signups go to a different page. It’s an option under tiers.
