Unable to upload photos after upgrade

If you’re looking for some help, it’s important to provide as much context as possible so that people are able to assist you. Try to always mention:

  • What’s your URL? twalker.dev
  • What version of Ghost are you using?
  • What configuration? 3.2.0
  • What browser? Chrome
  • What errors or information do you see in the console? /ghost/api/v3/admin/images/upload/:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 ()

On the screen, I see: “Request was rejected due to server error”

When using the ghost service, I’m unable to upload any new photos (of any size) across the site. When I go to debug the problem using ghost run the problem goes away.

Any ideas?

Have you been able to sort this out? I’m having the same issue. In debug mode, runs fine, but if I start normally, can’t upload images.

Hi all! This looks like an issue that was fixed in 3.9.0, so I’d recommend updating to the latest version :smile:

i’m already on the 3.9
