User Import Failure: Cannot use archived Tiers

I’m trying to import members but I keep getting this error “Cannot use archived Tiers”.

These are our paying users and are not able to login.
Does anyone know how to fix this ?

I think it’s to say anything for sure from this information but based on the message—do you have Tiers that are archived associated with these members?

Not really.

The full story is we switched from Stripe US to Stripe MX.
In the process we were asked to export, delete and re import all Ghost members.
When I tried to import again, all paid users failed the import, with that error message as explanation why.

It would make sense if only some of users failed, but in this case, it was all of them.
