Hi,
we are running ghost on AWS and have been using it for last 2 years. We have got the latest version of ghost.
We have around 3500 articles on sites and 15000 tags.

We have issue with search.
We used to have search button but removed just after 5 days. On client site whenever someone search the site kind of hangs up. so we removed it but lots of people are asking for it now.
Also, on admin panel it was working fine till few days back but we are seeing some delay in search.
How can we improve it.
