What are the best ways that you’ve found to handle newsletter replies? I want to allow our readers to reply to us to keep the conversation going, but I have no idea how to organize it.
In ghost, it defaults to email@example.com, and I know I can change it to whatever I’d like. Do you guys have an additional email address set up just to handle replies? If not, what are some methods you use to keep track of the conversations and organize them so they don’t clutter up your inbox?
