What are the best ways to handle newsletter replies?

Hello everyone, complete beginner here!

What are the best ways that you’ve found to handle newsletter replies? I want to allow our readers to reply to us to keep the conversation going, but I have no idea how to organize it.

In ghost, it defaults to noreply@yoursite.com, and I know I can change it to whatever I’d like. Do you guys have an additional email address set up just to handle replies? If not, what are some methods you use to keep track of the conversations and organize them so they don’t clutter up your inbox?

A separate email account. Then it has its own folder in email clients and is easy to separate from other things. A separate account also makes it easier to customise notifications for that account.
