Where did the “send test email” (commercial email via Mailgun) button go?

It moved to the post preview. Go to the email preview, and you’ll see the option to enter an email address for the test email.

I don’t see any page that looks like that. Where do I find that page?

Never mind, it’s just in a really odd location: You can’t test email problems unless you unpublish a post (or create a fake post to generate a preview page). Kind of weird, since most of us expect configuration & troubleshooting tools to be somewhere in settings.
