Where to change Ghost Instance Name

Hi

I just changed the URL of my ghost installation from dev.mydomain.com to www.mydomain.com

All seems to have worked ok

However, when I run ghost ls in ghost-cli the instance name has not changed.

Is there a way to change this or is it not such a big deal?
