Hi, I have the Starter plan and I want for my blog to be completely in Portuguese. The default (casper) theme doesn’t seem to have localization support (no locales/ folder). I see that some themes do have it but I can’t install it in the Starter plan.
Does any of the official ones have it? If not, how hard is it for me to add localization support to it? (I’m a programmer).

Actually, I just realized that with the Starter Plan I can’t make customizations to the theme (I can’t upload a theme). So I’m stuck with the official themes as they are. 
So, if no one of them have localization, I can’t have it.
You can have your own Ghost on Digital Ocean for 5$/month.

It is a little more work to do than going with Ghost Pro, but I think it’s worth. Especially when you are a programmer. When you setup Ghost on Digital Ocean, then you can customize it (and theme) as you like.
