That would be because you’re looking at the Pages sitemap 
The Posts sitemap contains… posts! You can see the linked sitemap by looking at the root sitemap.

pages: https://www.reliefmine.com/sitemap-pages.xml
posts: https://www.reliefmine.com/sitemap-posts.xml

Oooops, I didn’t realize that.
I’ve never heard of a sitemap being broken down like that. I guess the important thing is that search engines know how to make use of these multiple pages.
