Hi, following the Zapier integration instructions, I went to Integrations > Zapier, but that integration is greyed out, has a padlock icon and says, “Upgrade.” I do have a paid Ghost account. Any tips to make sense of this? Screenshot attached. Thank you in advance.

On Ghost(Pro) Zapier is only included in the Creator plan upwards, but not in the Starter:
If you are indeed on a Creator plan, reach out to the Ghost team at support@ghost.org.

Thank you Jannis. I really appreciate the clarification. 
I also encountered a similar issue. So, does that mean GoogleDocs feature does not work for Starter users?
