0% Email Open Rate

Looking for some help with getting the email open rate to work in Ghost. Im running 4.3.3.

My last 2 emails sent show 0%. Though I can confirm that they have been opened by more the 40% of my members list.

If I hover on one though it shows 6 members have opened it so it seems like something is working to some degree.

I have the following setup:

  • mail__options__auth__pass set to the MG SMTP auth password.
  • UI Mailgun API key set to the Private MG API key.

The logs arent showing any issues. Any suggestions on anything else I need to be doing.

Can you send your dns records… privately… you have to fix the dns entries
