Adding a Stylish table of contents to my casper theme

I am looking for someone who can add a stylish table of contents box above every blog post in my casper theme. I do NOT have a big budget, but this seems to be an easy thing to add, so it should not take long. I would love some help with this. I can budget a little bit but not a lot!

Just a grey box, with header titles etc.HELPPPPP
