Admin Client not running when installed from source

I’m trying to install ghost from the source so I can customize it. I followed Ghost Docs exactly but after I run grunt dev I try to connect to localhost:4200 (where the console says the admin client is being served at) but I’m getting errors:

I believe you want to be using http://localhost:2368!

Can I access the admin client from port 2368? I thought that’s where the frontend was displayed and the admin was available elsewhere? I can access the frontend find on localhost:2368, but I can’t access the admin panel.
