Best options for affiliate marketing?

I do a lot of affiliate marketing on my other website. But now I would like to try implementing some of it on my Ghost site. What do most people do for a basic shopping or recommended products type page? Add html embeds? Use the bookmark or product Editor cards?

I tried adding two html embeds, but they don’t make use of the horizontal space, and simply display one on top of the other.
