Caching Static content of Ghost

I wanted to cache all the static content of my self hosted ghost blog on cloud flare using there page rules. so can anyone tell me the location where ghost store all there static content.

eg, example.com/content, example.com/assest.

And can we use preload header in selfhosted blog?

I have the same question , actually I need to change the url of all static objects to my cdn provider…
