Is it possible for a user to create a post where they upload a image of their product and write the description and set the price?

Members have no write access to content. Staff Users can write content but they are considered privileged users at all access levels and should not be opened up to general members to maintain security.
If you need user-generated content it would be best to use an external service for that and integrate it into your site as needed.
