It is hosted in a company named Hosting Bangladesh. I used wordpress in this site. I want to install and use ghost on my website now, but I can’t figure out how to do this without upgrading to ghost pro.

If you have a shared hosting package you cannot install Ghost. If you have a VPS then you can follow the instructions provided above.
