I’ve tried to change my secondary section in the headline theme
Using slugs in theme settings but does not work
Could anyone help me?

Sorry about the long delay here! This was because the secondary section used to be dependent on the primary one which means it worked only when the primary section was defined as custom as well.
This is now fixed and the logic for each section is separated. Make sure re-install the theme to get the updates
