Customizing Signup Portal just spinning on Signup and Account tabsnt

  1. I go to Settings - Membership - Signup portal
  2. On both the Signup tab and the Account tab, I only get a spinning Ghost logo.

Are you self hosted, or hosted with someone?

Any errors in the browser console? (F12)?

Hi Cathy,
It’s the fully managed service. Signed up on ghost.io. Checked version in my settings: Version: 6.10.3-57-gf15863c7+moya

Do you have any extensions in your browser such as adblock? Something could be blocking the page from loading.
