Right now when giving a member a Complimentary subscription, Ghost prompts for the membership level. However, when a subscriber receives email, the membership information at the bottom only shows “Complimentary” and not the membership tier that has been comped.
An improvement would be to display not only that the membership is complimentary but also what the level is.
This can accommodate donations made outside of the portal sign-up (e.g. as a one-time donation via Stripe, a tip jar, etc.).
