Does ghost have these features?

Thinking of using Ghost for my food blog and just wondering if it has these features before I commit.
-Recipe Card
-Jump to Recipe button
-Pin It button for photos
-Comments/Reviews

No, Ghost don’t have these features. You can make comment feature using: Disqus or Cove Chat

Other features like below is not possible. You have to use static code with HTML/CSS:

• Recipe Card
• Jump to Recipe button
• Pin It button for photos

Recipes blogging would really benefit from custom code support, as the recipe details embedded in the HTML should also be repeated in JSON schema in the HEAD section, which improves their ability to appear in search engines, to be used with virtual assistants and to be imported into other recipe apps:

Interactive TODO lists for Recipe Blog?

We’re planning to create a Recipe blog on Ghost. However, there’re several issues with this. Not having the option of custom fields to enter cooking time or total preparation time etc which are required in recipe schema. The default schema is an article only in most themes. I can add custom schema manually via the code injection. But that’s not the desired expectations.
