Não encontrei um canal de suporte direto no painel do Ghost para esse tipo de problema.
Poderiam verificar se é um bug, problema de permissão ou configuração do ambiente?
A mensagem que me aparece é essa: Erro interno do servidor, não é possível editar a publicação. Ocorreu um erro inesperado, tente novamente. ROLLBACK – Não é possível adicionar um novo comando quando a conexão está fechada.

Hello! If you have a managed hosting account, you may want to reach out to your host. (If your site is .ghost.io, that’d be Ghost Pro, at support@ghost.org .)
If you’re self-hosting (you installed in a VPS, for example), you’ll need to provide more details about the problem, including how you installed Ghost, what version you’re on, and if you have errors in your server’s logs, and you’ll get more and faster help if you post your questions and error messages in English.

I’m not managed by Ghost. I use the website on Google, I didn’t download the app. I’m having a problem because I’m trying to add a button or something else and I can’t; it gives me the error message I sent in the screenshot.
What version of Ghost is this? What’s in your Ghost logs on the server?
