It looks custom-made. I don’t think it’s a free template that you can find on the Ghost market.
I think so too, if someone develops something similar it would be great :)
What do you two like about it?
Everything, the structure as a whole. I have a documentation site, that would be perfect, unfortunately I don’t have the time to customize a template like this at the moment
