Are there any themes available that would allow me to create the attached style?

Hey,

Looking through all of the free and premium themes listed on the Ghost site, which one would allow me to create a similar design to the attached image?

I want the homepage to have sections and when the user clicks through, all blogs associated with that section are there. Not sure which theme is a good fit to achieve this.

You can check out Rinne
It has a somewhat similar style and filtering capability.
