Help, No Dynamic Menu to edit with

I’m not sure if this is a bug, or something I am doing wrong. I have just gone into setting and design and switched my theme from Casper to Ruby. All seemed to be straightforward.

I have begun to draft a post and the + for the dynamic edit is missing. I have even tried / but it just types the slash it doesn’t bring up the editor. So I have no way of inserting an image other than the header.

I am using Ghost 5 through DigitalPress

I guess it was a bug because they suddenly appeared again after about 15 minutes of trying in different browsers.
