How can i add Topics or Pillar Pages to Ghost

So, we recently started using ghost, and for some specific SEO usage we need Pillar pages for some of our Marketing strats, is there any way without, changing the core. I tried changing the core but there is lack of documentation for Core. So

  • Can i do it with API integration and Webhooks
  • there is any already written plugin or branch for my usecase
  • can you point me to some Docs related to Core
