I want to let my members know how they can cancel their subscriptions.
I have seen past posts about having to contact Ghost directly by email. Is this still the case? If so, what email address do they need to send the email to?
If you are using Portal then they can cancel by using the Portal account page, if not you can add cancellation links to your own custom accounts page.
