How Do I Edit config.development.json on Ghost(Pro)

I’ve inherited 9 Ghost(pro) blogs that need to be updated, I want to update the sodo-search issue mentioned here Is it possible to disable JSdelivr CDN?

When making changes to a local test version of Ghost I have access to config.development.json.

However when I log into one of our blogs (hosted by ghost) I can’t seem to find any options to make changes to these config files.

Where / How do I update config.development.json on a deployed/ghost hosted blog?
