How to add a contact email page using amazon ses

Hi i want to add a contact email form in my website using amazon ses, but im not sure the correct way to do this:

The email must be send to an email like contact@mywebsite.com, with the users questions

i found in this doc Configuration - Adapt your publication to suit your needs

but apparently this only works to send emails like newslatter and invitation to members, this is not what i need, is there any example in ghost doc for this type of requirement?
