How to turn off portal features?

Very nice site :-) What theme are you using? I am not having paid membership so I was thinking I could just do away with the theme pages and use the Portal. However, i would like just to put a sentence of context on the card.

Ah okay, as for changing the popup card itself I have no idea, I’m still trying to figure that out myself. It seems like it’s pulling it from another server for some reason.
