How to use multi language Urls?

we using wordpress, but wordpress too slow(100K+ posts, 5M+ request/day)
we test wordpress migrate to ghost,
But found that the urls data migration was unsuccessful.
Because our URls structure contains Chinese, Japanese and other languages. like this post:
