I want to make an edit post link out of my avatar

Instead of listing posts from the same author, which I don’t need, since I’m the only author,
I’d like to be able to edit post directly by clicking on author icon, that is below, inside of post card.

so it would take me directly to editor link, as in example:

http://localhost:2368/ghost/#/editor/5b77ce2a43c34443483c1696

how could I achieve such thing?

You can use a feature Ghost already has - navigating to /slug/edit will open the editor - example:
http://demo.ghost.io/welcome/edit

Before you’re redirected to signin it takes you to the edior for the post
