The preview that’s generated in Telegram should already happen automatically for any Ghost site and won’t depend (for the most part) on your theme.
Unfortunately, this does not work in all themes. Here’s an example, I’m posting 2 threads on gho, one works with quick article preview, the other doesn’t.
