Is there a view access control for the post?

I’m new to Ghost and currently, I’m evaluating if Ghost fits my need.
One of the issue I’ve encountered, is there a way to control view for the published post?

Or is there a way to add custom logic for this purpose? Or someone has a workaround for me. It doesn’t need to be very complex, I need that I can set either a post author or anyone can view the post.
