I just moved my site to Ghost. One functionality that I’m keenly interested in having in Ghost is a way to keep images that are signed with content credentials in tact. Currently, content credentials and any other meta data is being stripped from images. Is this something the development team is looking at? It would be nice if this platform was taking a leadership role in promoting the use of this technology.
Ghost does some image optimization that’s likely to blame. If you are self hosting, you can turn it off. (There’s a config file setting - see Configuration - Adapt your publication to suit your needs )
If you’re hosted on Ghost Pro, you should tell them it’s something you want.
