I’ve got a member using Safari (who assures me its not a private or incognito window) who tells me she has to log in every single time via the email link - it will not store her log in. How can I help her diagnose this?
There is an option to block all cookies in Safari, which could cause this issue:
I’d ask to ensure this box isn’t checked.
If that didn’t work, I’d ask the person to try a different browser to see if it’s specifically Safari-related or not.

Yes, I think that’s the culprit. And she’s adamant about blocking cookies so…yeah. Anyway thanks for helping me get to the bottom of it!
