Members can't sign up

Hey community,

I am adding a newsletter a page, but my members cannot sign up. At first the page failed to send the magic link, now it can as I added SMTP access (silly me lol), but now whenever someone want’s to sign up they get hit with a “Registration has failed. Please try again.”

I have tested everything but cannot come to an answer. Can any of you help?

How are you hosting your Ghost site?

If you’re self hosting, I’d suggest checking the logs using ghost log. If you’re on a managed hosting platform, reach out to their support, since they’ll have direct access :slight_smile:
