Membership Tiers Not Updating

Hello,

Apologies in advance if this topic has been previously discussed. Unfortunately, I could not find a thread that had the same issue.

Theme: “Edition” - Blog/Newsletter

Problem: I cannot save my new membership fee’s on the back-end, I get a box with a Red Cross saying “Retry” in the top right corner.

Problem 2: Can I add a description to each of my membership tiers?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Try removing the decimals and use whole dollar amounts only, then save. I think that should work.
