I would like to move my custom image sizes to the new edge theme…but I cant find where this section of code is on the new theme

You can copy these (from the file shown in your screenshot) and add them to the code injection ({{ghost_head}} area, not {{ghost_foot}}) and wrap the code around <style> tags.

in Edge theme some of these @media sizes are in assets/css/general/grid.css
It is confusing this theme, there are more of these media queries split across different files in the other folders too such as assets/css/blog/
