Newsletter delivery

Hi all,

having an issue where all of my newsletters are going to junk. I’ve signed up as a member myself and they always go into my junk folder so can only imagine it’s also happening for my members (given lower open rates)

All of my transactional emails (sign in codes etc) all go to the inbox and are also sent via mailgun.

I’ve checked my emails against a spam checker and all fine there so not sure what’s going on.

Any insights/thoughts?

Do you send transactional emails and newsletter from the same e-mail address?

Yes. That’s the weird part! Exactly the same email

If you look in the raw headers of the digest/newsletter emails, does the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC all pass?
