We’ve noticed that Ghost doesn’t update email opens anymore all of a sudden. It worked until saturday, then on sunday the number is stuck on 17 percent, on monday it’s 0 percent.
I’ve checked our Mailgun log and can see that the number of opens we’ve sent is still up at 80 percent or more. I can also see that the opened events have fired and that the events contain the necessary user variables.
Rebooting Ghost hasn’t fixed the issue, unfortunately.
The job is running, but keeps returning the same value:

We’re running Ghost 4.3.3. Anyone know how to get open rate analytics work again?
