What are the optimal image sizes for the Dawn theme?

In particular, what is the best size for the header, the header when the narrow header template is used and for in text images?

If you mean the post templates, a 2/1 aspect ratio seems to be used for all post headers. As for the in content images those should respect the original aspect ratio of your image.

Thanks. Yes, that’s the aspect ratio. But is there an optimum size for images or is Ghost so good at resizing them on the fly that optimisation doesn’t matter.
