Password ghost site or postings?

Hello
I have a free ghost site setup. I want to make it so that only people who have a password or login and password can see my entire site, or even better, can see the site, but not see the posts? How would I do that?

You can put the site in private mode at /ghost > settings (gear icon) > private

Or you can restrict access to posts in the right side menu of the post editor.
