I’m using the default comment section that goes under articles, and I’m just wondering how I’m supposed to know that someone’s commented on one of my articles? Is there a notification system? Can I set it up to email me when a comment is received? Not sure how to keep up with it. Maybe there’s something in the admin panel I haven’t seen that indicates that one of your articles has received comments?
You get email whenever someone comments on one of your posts, unless you have notifications off (it’s an option on your staff profile page), or unless your Ghost site doesn’t have outbound email configured (in which case, you probably don’t have members either)

Hi Cathy-
We have a community manager that needs notifications when any comment is submitted across the entire site. Is it possible for an admin or other user permission to get comment notifications even if they’re not the author of that post?
Not currently, and I wish it were.
A possible workaround would be to assign a team email as a contributor on all posts, as I think all authors of a post get that comment notification. (Please check before doing the work of setting that up!).
